Refund policy
While we strive to provide you with the best level of customer service, due to our products being packaged without chemical preservatives and general hygiene, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges once your order leaves our warehouse even if you have not opened your products.
We recommend you buy a sample size or do a patch test before using the product to test for allergies if you have any concerns about the quality of our products.
Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We recommend you contact us directly at sales@rizvanbeauty.com when in doubt before placing an order to ensure you are getting the right product for your needs.
We do not offer returns due to a change of mind or if the order was placed by mistake on the buyer part once it has been delivered to the customer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
