How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Most orders will ship on the same day if placed before noon or the day after in the afternoon. Shipping times will vary from one location to another but we have not heard of a shipping delay or order lost in over a year :)
Are your products hand made?
Yes, all of our hair, body and skin products are handmade in Tamborine Mountain in Queensland Australia.
Where do you source your ingredients from?
We strive our best to purchase all of the ingredients from local sources. At this stage, well over 99.99% of the ingredients are locally sourced in Australia from reputable ingredient manufacturers.
How do I get discounts?

What payment methods do you allow?
We are able to accept custom orders if you wish to pay via bank transfer or you can purchase online using all major credit card vendors as well as Shop Pay. You can see all of our updated payment processors in the checkout process.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not. We are mainly a manufacturer and we sell online only, but on occasion we may be at local markets and trade shows. We have retailers from which you can make a purchase from in the retailer's page on our website. We encourage you to ask your local health food shops or hair salon to stock our products so you can purchase them closer to you. Our manufacturing facilities are located at 62 Magnetic Dr., Tamborine Mountain, QLD.
Can I reach you by phone?
